The fastest and most efficient way to learn and progress with Paddleboarding is with professional tuition by a qualified instructor or coach.  We have a large variety of tips and tricks that can help you to feel confident in your ability to paddle forwards, stop, turn, and stand comfortably, all while preventing accidental injury.  

All lessons include the following:

​

  • Correct equipment use

  • How to conduct a Risk Assessment before each paddle.

  • Safe launch

  • Paddling on knees

  • Paddle forwards and backwards

  • Stop and turn

  • Self Rescue (Theory or Practice)

  • Stand (If you feel comfortable to try)

  • Practice paddle

  • Safe exit

  • Photography

90 Minute and 2hr sessions will include the teaching of additional paddle strokes, posture and form coaching and a longer practice and pleasure paddle with expert tuition, guidance and knowledge along the way.

Private Group and 1-1 Lessons are available on weekdays if you would like a more personalised service tailored to your individual needs.
